ETT has multi-visit retainer options, one-time tours, and tours to host business guests and their guests visiting the area.

Pricing depends upon scope of activities, transportation, meals, and special requests.

East Texas Tours (ETT) recognizes that schedules change, sometimes on short notice. Because there is a trickle-through affect to other vendors, a refund of 50% will be granted for a 24-hours or fewer cancellation.

Cancellations within one week of a scheduled tour will be refunded 75% of the fee.

Cancellations prior to one week of the scheduled tour will be refunded 100% of the fee.

If you are able to reschedule, ETT will work directly with you and our vendors to incorporate fees already paid into the new transaction.

East Texas Tours has an embedded transaction processing system. Payments are processed within the website through PayPal. This processing system allows payment with PayPal directly, Venmo, Credit and Debit cards. East Texas Tours does not accept cash. Corporate clients are welcome to inquire about payment via invoicing. 

Transactions are computed in US Dollars.

Destination tours to wineries require attendees to be 21-years of age.

Food, experiential, and other tours require attendees to be old enough and tall enough to no longer need a special seat in a moving vehicle.

As a candidate for relocation to East Texas, it is important that the things that matter most in your life are known. This allows the team to design a tour that helps you envision your life on a day-to-day basis as you consider relocating. 

Relocation Tours are one or two days depending upon the client's needs and desires. In both cases, the tours are custom built to your personal interests and what is most important to you as you consider a move to East Texas.

If your perspective company is paying for the experience, they will have input into one to two destinations with which they want you to be familiar -- think of this as the organization showcasing to you what is important to them about the area.

If you are paying on your own, you will choose your areas of interest and prioritize them. A tour will be designed based upon your responses.

All tours are customizable. Some require an additional fee.

East Texas Regional Destination Tours focuses on local businesses that offer great experiences, services, foods and beverages, outdoor, historical, and wineries. Our variety of tours are singularly focused on food and beverage destinations, historical landmarks and stories, outdoor experiences, and wineries.

If you are interested in a custom tour that includes multiple destinations (like ordering ala carte), we are happy to build them for you.

East Texas Relocation Tours serves all of Northeast Texas, with the home office in Tyler. (Tyler is considered the hub of the region with extensive retail, medical, educational, and professional services readily available.)

Looking at a map, we serve as far east as Marshall, south of Jacksonville, west to the Canton area, and north almost to Arkansas. These are the well known regional "markers", but we have flexibility to expand if this is something the client desires.

East Texas Tours understands that whether you are moving on your own or with a partner and family, not everyone is comfortable organizing utilities, meeting a moving truck, going to the DMV, or even getting a library card.

For an additional fee (depending upon scope of services needed), our team can be the conduit for your seamless transition into living in East Texas.

Relocation Tours bridge what a traditional Hiring Team and Realtor typically offer. As an out-of -area candidate, our clients are likely not familiar with the breadth and depth of all that East Texas offers. The hiring team is excited about you joining the office. The realty team is thrilled about helping you find a home. The relocation team fills the information gap about what it feels like, looks like, and if you like bakeries, smells like, to live here. Our talented guides will review the survey you have taken to build a tour that features the things that matter most to you and your family. One parent working and another staying home? What hobbies do you have? Where would you like to invest your time through volunteering? Do you need or want a leadership experience to match you with other community leaders?

The fee structure is built with several factors including transportation, venues, snacks, beverages, entrance fees, time committed, other experts who may be involved in making the experience memorable and compelling, etc..

Relocation Tours begin where you are staying; transportation is included. 

Walking or Destination Tours have a designated meeting point in Downtown Tyler, near the Square. Details will be given depending upon the tour.
